We are recruiting for a new role, Estate & Property Manager.
The Estate & Property Manager will play a key role in the day-to-day management and continued development of Stracathro Estates’ diverse rural portfolio, including over 45 residential properties, commercial buildings, farm infrastructure and renewable energy assets.
Reporting directly to the owner, the role combines property management, maintenance planning, contractor management, refurbishment and capital projects, compliance oversight, estate record modernisation and support for renewable energy administration. This is a varied, hands-on position requiring strong organisational, practical and project management skills, with the opportunity to take ownership of projects and contribute to the long-term growth and improvement of a progressive rural estate.
